Q: Why Do Diets fail? Here's several reasons..

A. Simply Because we do not train our bodies to maintain a healthy weight and "LIFESTYLE"

B.  Because if we have stored fat and we diet and excercise, well the diet food is used in the excercise as fuel and the fat just stays Right were it's at, parked on places on Your body that you hate.

C.  No support, Support is important especially when we live hectic lives. Come to think of it...that hectic life is what probably got you in the bad shape to begin with.

D. Fad diets do not teach us the way to stay on the straight and narrow, that starts with "ACCOUNTABILITY" and that  my friends is the ONLY WAY OUT!
